Rapid delivery of revenue growth through enhanced visa processing and an International College

Our client, a leading UK university, was experiencing falling international student numbers. We acted as technical lead on two major change initiatives to increase international student numbers and enhance regulatory compliance.

Enroly CAS Shield

Enroly CAS Shield was implemented to enhance CAS processing. We collaborated with an Enroly project team and University team to define an approach that achieved rollout in time for the September intake, with a view to rapid benefit realisation. We designed an incremental roadmap for implementing Enroly that focused on delivering early quick wins and strategic enhancements over time.

International College Programme

Time to market was key: the university's leadership demanded immediate revenue from the International College programme.

We worked with the university's operational partner to define tactical solutions that could be delivered in time for the September intake, enabling the recruitment of an initial tranche of students.

We worked with the operational partner and internal engineering teams to define a longer-term roadmap to deliver an automated, end-to-end student experience aligned, as closely as possible, to the experience of other types of student at the university.

The Results

Additional revenue streams were created.
